How is the product shipped?
Shipping and Handling- Orders received before 12 noon are usually shipped the same day, providing payment is received. Orders received after 12 noon are shipped the next business day. You will receive an email with your order tracking number once the item is dispatched from our outbound center. Deliveries are made Mondays to Saturdays excluding US public holidays. Shipment by ground usually takes 5-7 business days. Items on back order may have extended delivery time pending on the availability of the particular product.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Any customer who wishes to cancel or change an order, email request up to one hour after placing order, along with billing information used on the initial order, your request, and any concern to kalonjiherbs@yahoo.com Please provide full billing information. KalonjiHerbs is committed to providing the highest standards in goods and customers services. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, kindly get in touch with us prior to mailing the item back to the forwarding address. Item must be in it's original packaging, along with all the contents for a full refund of payment. Handlers fee may apply.
